We're seeking an exceptional People & Growth Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a strategic partner to our leadership team, you'll drive HR initiatives, coordinate key business projects, and oversee office management and event planning. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across HR, project coordination, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support & Business Operations:
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to our executive team, managing calendars, meetings, and administrative tasks.
  2. Manage internal and external meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
  3. Assist with internal communications, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  4. Ensure seamless office operations, including vendor management, office logistics, and supplies.
  5. Plan and execute internal company events and team-building activities.
HR & People Operations:
  1. Oversee the hiring process, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  2. Own the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies to drive employee engagement and company culture.
  4. Coordinate performance reviews, employee benefits, and HR compliance requirements.
Project Management & Coordination:
  1. Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
  2. Support the leadership team in tracking key initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  3. Act as the go-to person for internal process improvements, helping teams work more effectively.
  4. Collaborate with finance and legal teams on administrative and compliance-related matters.

About You
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in HR, people operations, office management, executive support, or project management. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Experience in managing meetings, including note-taking and tracking follow-ups, is essential. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have high attention to detail.
