Store Team Leader Position

The ideal candidate will be a driven and customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills to lead our store team.
About the Opportunity:- Maximise sales growth by creating a unique shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and reduce losses.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety policies and standards.
- Implement effective visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation and maximise sales.
- Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and optimise store performance.
- Manage store budgets, including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs, to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to drive business success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to continuously improve performance.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business results.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs.
