Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our store team and drive success. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and create moments that matter for customers.

  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding service to customers.
  • Live, breathe, and role-model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers by providing personalized experiences.
  • Be safety leaders, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  • Set a positive example and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Often have opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
  • Potential opportunity for overtime (Saturdays) to meet business needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve results.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience, with a strong understanding of industry trends.
  • Ideal candidates have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Prioritize safety, with a commitment to ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

This role requires lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving, so you should be physically fit and able to perform these tasks without risk of injury. In addition, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
