We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Grounds person to join our team. This casual role will involve assisting with grounds maintenance and labouring duties, as well as painting, maintenance and repairing equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good hand power tool skills and be confident working outdoors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with: Labouring duties associated with grounds & lawns maintenance and general maintenance activities, including sweeping, hosing, garbage collection and disposal as well as painting and maintenance & repairing equipment.
  • Key Responsibilities Include: Keeping the outside of buildings clean and tidy, other gardening duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • General Computer Skills: You must be able to use basic computer software and hardware to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Trade Certificate Not Required: A trade certificate is not necessary for this role, but it would be advantageous if you have relevant qualifications or experience.
  • Previous Experience As Labourer Highly Desired: Previous experience as a labourer in an aged care or residential facility would be highly desirable.
