Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing substantial volumes of transactions related to our financial operations.
  • Conducting daily reconciliations of client transactions against banking records to ensure precise financial documentation.
  • Assisting with accounts payable functions, which includes processing invoices, executing payments, addressing supplier inquiries, and overseeing approval workflows.
  • Supporting the month-end financial closing activities.
  • Collaborating with the broader Finance team on various ad-hoc projects.
  • Working alongside other departments to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • A relevant degree in accounting or finance. Candidates who have partially completed their CA/CPA or have plans to pursue it are preferred, though this is not mandatory.
  • A solid grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles, along with familiarity with standard accounting practices.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform bank reconciliations independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Additional Skills

While not essential, the following attributes would be advantageous:

  • Interest or knowledge in the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Previous experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
