About The Role
In this strategic workforce planning role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Strategic Workforce Planning Framework. This framework will shape the future of our organisation and ensure we have the right talent in place.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with various departments to consult on and execute the Strategic Workforce Planning Framework. This will involve collaborating with Strategy and Performance, People Partners and People Shared Services to ensure alignment with Service Planning.
The successful candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Commerce/Business, Organisation Psychology plus relevant post-graduate qualifications, or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
We are looking for someone with sound commercial/business experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative Workforce Plans in a transformational environment.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Workforce Planning, Change Management, Remuneration, Job sizing, Organisation Architecture and/or Organisation Design.
