About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at the Department of Justice. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake complex business process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse existing processes and systems to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement new and improved business processes.
  • Manage projects related to business process re-engineering and systems enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business analytics, human resources, finance, or law.
