About the Team

Our Risk Management Product Team is dedicated to developing advanced solutions to optimize risk monitoring and management for our trading platforms. By focusing on the needs of our Dealing team and traders, we ensure that our platforms remain robust, secure, and efficient in a rapidly changing market. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Risk Management application.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain a Clear Product Vision and Strategy

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for a risk management tool tailored to retail CFD and Forex brokers' needs.

Plan and Design Risk Monitoring and Management Solutions

Plan and design risk monitoring and management solutions, including features like real-time monitoring, exposure tracking, automated alerts, and risk analysis tools.

Improve the Efficiency of Our Risk Management System

Continuously improve the efficiency of our risk management system, reducing the probability and impact of abnormal events, and enhancing the overall performance of the trading platform.

Spearhead the Product Development Lifecycle

Spearhead the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, coordinating with development, IT, and compliance teams.

Create an Intuitive and User-Friendly Product

Create an intuitive and user-friendly product that enhances the Dealing team's efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the product complies with industry regulations and standards, particularly in financial risk management.

Implement and Oversee Performance Tracking

Implement and oversee mechanisms to track product performance, using data-driven insights to make iterative improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field

Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in product management from a reputable financial, trading, or technology company.

Strong Interest in Trading and Risk Management

A strong interest in trading, financial markets, and risk management.

Proven Experience in Product Design and Project Management

Proven experience in product design and project management, with the ability to uncover user demands through data analysis.

Strong Logical Thinking Abilities

Strong logical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and achieving goals through collaboration.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive and Enthusiastic Approach

Working Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Working proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
