Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BCF Taren Point. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting store operations, leading a team of sales assistants, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in an outdoor or sporting goods environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
