We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Cost Management Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management solutions to clients. This will involve preparing detailed cost analyses and reports, as well as developing cost models and asset valuations.

You will also be involved in asset inspections, data analysis, and escalation forecasting. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas of cost savings and develop strategies to mitigate risk.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a professional with a tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying. You will have substantial post-graduate experience in cost management and asset valuation, as well as strong knowledge of industry best practices.
