We are seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will work closely with our owners and project managers to deliver accurate and timely cost estimates for our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, with the possibility of advancing to a leadership role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for projects
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Estimator
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost estimates
  • Experience working with commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
