Warehouse Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team in a key role that ensures accurate stock management, smooth warehouse operations, and efficient order fulfilment for customers nationwide.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate receipting of goods into the system
  • Conduct quality control inspections of manufactured goods to ensure they meet high standards
  • Effectively put away inwards goods within agreed timeframes to maintain a well-organised warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts safely (current licence essential) to move goods efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders promptly to meet customer expectations
  • Repackage and organise stock for distribution to support business operations
  • Carry out bulk stock movements as required to maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate product data and internal stock adjustments to ensure up-to-date information
  • Participate in monthly rolling stocktakes and operations meetings to stay informed about business activities
  • Support strategic warehouse and operations projects to drive business growth

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable
  • Current forklift licence is essential for safe operation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required to perform tasks effectively
  • High computer literacy for stock and product data entry is necessary to work efficiently
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to safe work practices is expected from all team members
  • A strong team player with initiative to support business operations is valuable to our organisation
