About the Role

• To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of 12 months continuous inclusion experience, preferably in a large law firm.">
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Law Degree being advantageous.">
• You must have passion for the field of inclusion and diversity, be self-motivated and able to work independently.">
• Strong organization skills are essential, including setting priorities and managing multiple projects.">
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and presentation skills, are also required.">
• You will need strong computer literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint.">

Key Responsibilities

1. ">
2. Delivery of ID&E initiatives in the region;">
3. Support the ID&E global team in delivering key projects to integrate and embed ID&E into the region;">
4. Implement diversity awareness education programming, workshops, and seminars to support all personnel and drive the long-term embedding and sustainability of ID&E as part of the Firm's core approach throughout all aspects of the Firm;">
5. Attend relevant forums;">
6. Manage and work closely with office ID&E Committees to ensure initiatives and programs are planned for each year, with input and contribution from Committee members;">
7. Work closely with the Australian Office ID&E Committee and Australian management team to drive Australian ID&E initiatives;">
8. Lead ID&E events within Australian offices;">
9. Manage key internal and external annual reporting and compliance requirements for Australia, including WGEA, Employer of Choice for Gender Equality and AWEI, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and design and develop business reports;">
10. Liaise with external stakeholders across the region (including: Pride in Diversity, WGEA, Resilience@Law);">
11. Ensure committee spending is in line with expectations;">
12. Collaborate with the Firm's business professional teams;">
13. Compile, analyse, and maintain internal and external ID&E-related data and metrics, and own and maintain ID&E dashboards to assess efficiency and effectiveness of ID&E initiatives and strategies;">
14. Build relationships with lawyers and business service professionals who participate in committees, with a focus on Australian offices;">
15. Take part in inter-firm peer support groups and networking opportunities to stay abreast of best practices;">
16. Monitor external best practices and relevant external thought leadership.">

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months continuous inclusion experience, preferably in a large law firm;">
• Bachelor's degree required; HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Law Degree or Masters degree a plus;">
• Passion for the field of inclusion and diversity;">
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently;">
• Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, structuring project deliverables, and managing multiple priorities;">
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, excellent presentation skills;">
• Strong computer literacy, including PowerPoint.">
