This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic People & Culture (P&C) Assistant to join our team, supporting our People Partners/Advisors across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR processes, including drafting employee relations documents and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Working closely with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Campus Directors to research and collate data points for case management needs.
- Preparing and submitting required reports to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Providing expert guidance on People & Culture policies and procedures to People Leaders.
