We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and Community Therapist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and training to junior clinicians within the team
- Manage a caseload of mixed ages clientele presenting with a diverse range of conditions out in the community and via telehealth
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Salary: $90,000 + Super depending on experience
- Access to professional development allowance of $5,000 per year
- Option to receive a company car or car allowance if desired
- Frequent opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing with other disciplines
- Gradual increase in caseload over 6 months
- Comprehensive induction period with systems training, process familiarization, and work shadowing
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
