Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Design Manager/Project Manager with a background in water, mining or industrial sectors.

You will be part of one of Adelaide's largest water-sector consulting teams, contributing to groundbreaking projects with nationwide impact.

  • Collaborate with industry-leading clients to deliver top-tier quality projects.
  • Oversee design projects ensuring timely delivery and outstanding results.
  • Prepare design fee estimates and steer engineering governance.
  • Drive future-ready strategies addressing regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and sustainability.
About You

We are looking for a problem solver, leader and collaborator who can prioritize and deliver results.

  • A recognized degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical (Process), or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in the Water (preferred), Industrial or Mining sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership in design delivery and conflict resolution within partnerships or Joint Venture settings.
