Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a LED Specialist. The primary objective of this position is to provide expert pre and post sales support for our LED Portfolio of products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs and proposing LED Display products and/or services that deliver customer outcomes. They will work closely with our sales team to ensure order intake, revenue and margin targets within our LED Portfolio are exceeded.

Key responsibilities include providing expertise on our LED market into both direct and indirect channels, negotiating price and discounts within company policy guidelines, and coordinating with approved installation partners when required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role/industry, with a strong background in LED design and delivery/integration. They will possess excellent customer service skills, conceptual thinking, and technical/product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience within a similar role/industry
  • Experience in LED design and delivery/integration highly regarded
  • Solid customer service experience
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Technical and/or product knowledge
  • Selling and account management skills
  • Analysis and problem solving
  • Persuasion, mediating and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or similar
