To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also require a National Police check, Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current First Aid/CPR Certificate, Current Australian driver's licence, Full COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, and a reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

  • Casual Remuneration: $34.95 per hour (includes travel) + 10.5% super
  • Part Time Remuneration: $28.76 per hour (includes travel) + 10.5% super

**Job Description:**
The Support Care Worker will provide personal care and support services to individuals with disabilities and ageing persons living in the community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities and ageing persons living in the community.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with showering and personal hygiene, light house cleaning duties, meal preparation, and supporting attendance/participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Assist clients with transportation and shopping.

**Requirements:**

  • National Police check issued within the last 12 months.
  • Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
  • Reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
