This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your electrical expertise to support mining operations through measurement, training and standards development.

Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective electrical support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide critical electrical support to mining operations through measurement, training and standards development.
- Identify opportunities for electrical maintenance improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure adequate resources are available for meeting scheduled and repair/breakdown maintenance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize equipment availability and minimize disruptions.
- Work closely with site/multi-site engineers to resolve technical maintenance issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to oversee inventory and ensure timely delivery of required materials for maintenance.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory requirements throughout all activities.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance of mine equipment is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
