Lead Store Team

We are seeking a charismatic individual to lead our store in Newcastle. As the face of Budgy Smuggler, you will build connections with the local community and drive sales through excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

This is a permanent role that involves running the store, recruiting and training staff, and collaborating with the retail and marketing teams to plan events and activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team to create an engaging retail experience, with a focus on product drops, visual merchandising, and staff recruitment and development.
  • Be the face of Budgy Smuggler in the community, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments through in-store events and activations.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to grow the brand presence and promote the business.
About You
  • You have at least two years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear.
  • You have a keen eye for visual merchandising and a passion for creating engaging store displays.
  • You are a confident, proactive, and creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • You are comfortable being the public figure of a brand and can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
