About This Role

This opportunity requires individuals who can think on their feet, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Excellent safety awareness and ability to follow procedures is essential for this position.
  • A strong understanding of aged care principles and practices is preferred but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Australian Aged Care Sector, preferably with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or 1st year nursing studies. Additionally, they must possess a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
