Your role as a Demolition Labourer

Responsibilities:
  • Performing demolition work, including the use of jackhammers and other power tools such as drills, grinders, reciprocating saws, etc.
  • Assisting trades on site
  • Reporting to site management
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting
  • Organizing site waste, including plaster, steel, aluminum, and general rubbish
  • Site clean-up


Skill and Experience Requirements

To be successful:
  • You will need to hold a construction white card.
  • A minimum 12 months of experience working on construction sites is required.
  • You must demonstrate awareness of OH&S procedures and standards.
  • You should be willing to work well within a team environment.
  • You will need to have the physical stamina to work a full 8-hour day.
  • Possession of other tickets and licenses is desirable but not essential.
