Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workshop Coordinator in our Silverwater branch. This is a full-time permanent position with no remote work options due to customer-facing requirements.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting and achieving the objectives of our NSW Regional Service Department. You will contribute to maintaining a professional team of service technicians who possess the expertise, experience, and efficiency to deliver a high level of service to customers and internal teams.

  • Book customer repairs and internal workshop jobs

  • Schedule daily tasks for workshop technicians

  • Keep customers and internal staff informed about workshop task progress

  • Coordinate collections and returns of repairs when required

  • Advise customers on product and system condition, making recommendations on upgrades or replacements as needed

  • Create and implement lead generation activities

  • Provide service and sales quotations to customers

  • Negotiate customer orders, including spare part supply within company policies

  • Monitor customer contact and alert the Service Manager to updates

  • Provide excellent customer service and support through timely technical and commercial advice

  • Monitor and provide feedback on customers, market changes, and competitor activities

  • Manage stock transfer requests

  • Contribute to spare part inventory replenishment

  • Pursue other projects or activities as directed
