Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Manager, Project Services and Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving our delivery model by enabling visibility and control of key project metrics from origination to commissioning.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project controls, including cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, and document control. A strong background in managing complex projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery is also essential.

In this role, you will develop cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts in alignment with capital approval processes. You will also build and maintain integrated schedules to track delivery performance and manage interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules to track delivery performance and manage interfaces.
  • Manage risk and issue registers to surface early challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Administer change control processes to maintain alignment of scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project controls professionals to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in project controls, including cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, and document control.
  • Strong background in managing complex projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
