That's the #powerofexperience.About the roleWe are seeking an innovative Senior Project Controls Manager / Program Optimisation Lead with a problem-solving attitude to join our forward-thinking managed services team in Sydney.
In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies, tools, and processes to drive optimisation across multiple high-stake projects.
Your expertise will be critical in guiding project leaders toward data-driven decisions that enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.Key responsibilitiesLead the implementation of cutting-edge services in scheduling intelligence, planning optimisation and commercial risk management.Lead initiatives to utilise problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and development effective solutions that enhance project delivery.Manage change management processes, tracking changes and cost implications.Collaborate on commercial risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.Provide strategic insights and feedback to continually improve service delivery and project performance.Collaborate with and support the leadership team by ensuring that the project controls function integrates seamlessly with broader project management efforts.About youAt least 15 years of contractor and consultancy experience.Experience in project controls and commercial risk management for engineering, construction, and capital works projects.Analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data and providing insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, presenting financial information to stakeholders.Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
