Enterprise Data Business Developer

As a sales professional in the data industry, you will play a key role in driving business activities across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
About the RoleThe primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating leads for the Enterprise Data Sales team to develop sales opportunities.
- Engaging in frequent prospecting calls to existing accounts and new businesses to expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Building the sales pipeline and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.
You will leverage your knowledge to build credibility with clients, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and deliver on revenue-generating goals.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in financial services, technology companies, or data-focused industries.
- Experience selling financial technology and/or data solutions to financial institutions.
- Experience driving multiple sales engagements from pipeline validation to deal closure.
- Outstanding client service experience, relationship management skills, and sales aptitude.
- Working knowledge of the financial industry and its data needs.
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization.
Desirable skills include technical expertise with Cloud solutions, familiarity with various data ingestion and delivery models, and knowledge of customer businesses and technology stacks.
