About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd. In this role, you will provide high-quality client-focused care to patients, their family, and carers, using a holistic approach.

  • You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patients' physical and mental state, as well as providing highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • A current NDIS worker screen and Working with Children Check.
  • A current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
Salary Package

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
