We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment with a competitive hourly rate.
- Engage with customers via telephone to address their concerns
- Provide solutions for straightforward issues
- Generate tickets in FreshDesk to facilitate communication between the technical team and the customer for resolution
- Coordinate efforts between the technical and customer service teams
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional and keen to deliver
- Ideal experience in a customer service position but not essential
