Key Responsibilities- Capital Origination: Establish strategic partnerships with banks, fund managers, impact investors, and capital advisory consultancies to source capital for new housing projects.
- Commercial Due Diligence and Assessment: Lead the screening, assessment, and execution of new project opportunities, conducting extensive due diligence, industry research, financial modeling, and impact assessments to support sound investment recommendations.
- Risk Management: Manage commercial interfaces with external advisors, interrogate and interpret advice, and proactively mitigate and solve for identified risks.
- A bachelor's degree in a business or financial field.
- Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within the housing or financial sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills that engage and drive others to deliver strategic objectives.
