Job Description: Claims Service Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Claims Service Consultant to join our team at TAL Australia. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing claims from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, case managers, and internal teams
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on claims-related matters
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in claims administration, preferably within the life insurance industry
