About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Engineer to join our team at LVI Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of utility-scale battery and solar projects, from initial concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project development strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead project teams to deliver complex utility-scale battery and solar projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility, technical viability, and commercial viability
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within the energy/renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of supporting the delivery of complex utility MW solar and BESS projects
  • Experience with HV/MV engineering design work and estimation
  • Experience with solar and BESS BTM and/or FTM project development, connection approvals, and technical feasibility
