We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver in a residential aged care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Caregiver, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence, dignity, and well-being.
Required Skills & QualificationsA Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable;
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods;
A willingness to complete a police check and NDIS Worker Check prior to commencement;
