Senior Project Manager Job

We're looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

About the Job
  • Project manage the delivery of digital transformation systems, accountability for scope, time, cost, risk, quality and change control.
  • Manage and coordinate system requirements and functions, software development, testing & commissioning and verification & validation deliverables on the project.
  • Manage and coordinate engagement of end-users to ensure resolution of user acceptance issues.
  • Facilitate integrated assurance process in accordance with progressive assurance strategies.
  • Facilitate transition to operations process in accordance with integration strategies.
  • Supervise production of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project reporting in compliance with alliance and internal requirements.
  • Contract administration.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Attend/chair project meetings and arrange preparation of progress reports, performance reviews and commercial reports.
  • Evaluate all activities undertaken with due regard to high-level of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven record delivering complex software and system projects.
  • Significant commercial experience working in complex, multi-discipline engineering and software projects including phases of requirements, procurement, software development, integration, commissioning.
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Training in PMP, Prince 2 or similar project management methodology.
  • Initiative-taking, excellent leadership, organisational, communication and people skills.
  • Agile mindset, able to take prompt decisions in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to work and lead in a multicultural environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in customer management, scheduling, planning, critical path analysis, change management, risk management, cost estimation.
