About the Job

As a Senior Lawyer - Litigation and Commercial Law, you will have the opportunity to advise and litigate on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Commercial/civil litigation (approx 50-60%);
  • Family Law (approx 20%);
  • Commercial Law/Wills/Estates/Property Law/Criminal/Personal Injury (approx 30%).

Requirements

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have minimum 2+ (or more) years post-qualification experience as a NSW admitted lawyer in civil/commercial litigation (essential) PLUS at least 1 or more of: commercial law, property law, wills/estates, family law, personal injury, immigration, and/or criminal law...managing your own files;
  • Have strong communication, research, legal drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and client service skills;
  • Are proactive, hard-working, self-driven, and deadline/results-focused;
  • Are a real strong team player and thrive in a close-knit small team environment.
