Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IBM Maximo configuration, deployment, and management, with a strong track record in asset management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo including version-specific expertise, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, with strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and guide team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving technical issues.
