Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client engagements and leading cross-functional blended teams using the latest delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading the delivery of data platform projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Experience in Databricks & GCP cloud.
  • Ability to lead project teams to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value projects.
