Be a part of our team and play a vital role in helping individuals remove unwanted tattoos. As a Tattoo Removal Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing high-quality treatments.

Closing sales and building strong client relationships is key to this role. You'll need to educate clients on the laser tattoo removal process and showcase our approach and protocols.

We're looking for candidates with passion for tattoos or experience in related fields like nursing, dermal sciences, or cosmetic laser therapies. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential in this fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and be able to learn technology quickly. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule is also required.

About the Role

This role involves consulting with clients, advising on removal options, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing sales and building strong client relationships through ethical sales practices, education, and showcasing our approach and protocols.
  • Building loyal referral relationships with clients, businesses, and tattoo artists.
  • Conducting consultations, educating clients on the laser tattoo removal process, and providing high-quality, safe treatments.
  • Undertaking ongoing training and following sanitation and clinical protocols.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service and effective communication.
  • Managing bookings, follow-ups, and inventory to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining detailed client records and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly targets.
