Key Mining Engineer Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Mining Engineer to lead the development of mine plans, design and optimize mining strategies, and supervise junior engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical skills and experience in mine planning and gold mining.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing short, medium, and long-term mine plans, implementing mine design and optimization strategies, and supervising and mentoring junior Mining Engineers. They will work closely with our team to ensure that mining operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

  • Developing comprehensive mine plans to ensure safe and efficient mining operations
  • Designing and optimizing mining strategies to maximize productivity and minimize costs
  • Supervising and mentoring junior Mining Engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and a valid QM ticket. You should also have at least 10 years of experience in mine planning and at least 2 years in gold mining. Proficiency with Vulcan software is also essential.
