Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our shared spaces as a Facilities Attendant.

  • Ensure the property always looks its best, inside and out
  • Spruce up both indoor and outdoor public areas, including the pool, gym, and shared bathrooms, to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mind
  • Offer assistance to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborate with different departments to accomplish tasks
  • Act as the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant) is a plus
  • A warm and welcoming communication style that makes both guests and team members feel at ease
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks
  • Adaptability and physical fitness to work in both internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areas
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
