The Venue Manager at Sports Bar reports directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to drive exceptional service, maximise revenue and uphold top-tier compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead where the action never stops.
A few of your key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the venue in achieving financial and operational targets through effective organisational development, policy and procedural development, and team member training activities.
- Ensure the venue is prepared to host events, delivering high-quality service and seamless operations.
- Certainly demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence.
- Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts, creating a destination of choice.
For this position, you will need to possess:
- Proven experience in managing high-volume hospitality venues.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry regulations and compliance.
