Retail Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Associate to join our team at Thredbo. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting guests in finding the perfect equipment and ensuring they have an unforgettable Thredbo experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mountain gear and excellent customer service skills. You will be required to understand our retail product range, maintain store presentation, handle sales transactions accurately, and learn about snow retail products to enhance guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests in selecting the right mountain gear.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Learn about snow retail products to improve guest service.
Requirements:
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Confident in sales techniques such as upselling.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Friendly and engaging personality.
