- Clinical Experience: Minimum 12 months of clinical experience in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of patient care and management.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in the use of computer software and database entry, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
