Randstad is partnering with a leading organization to find a Senior Commercial Advisor. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting all commercial aspects of contracts and relationships for a strategic program.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide expert commercial advice, lead contract administration tasks, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to manage commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting commercial operations and ensuring contract deliverables are met.
- Leading contract administration tasks to ensure adherence to the program schedule and quality reporting.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to manage commercial outcomes.
- Communicating program risks, commercial obligations, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a complex commercial setting.
- A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial, legal, or business advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing complex contracts, including resolving difficult issues to achieve positive commercial outcomes.
- Experience in drafting agreements and managing commercial risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities with limited direction, and build strong business relationships.
