About the Job
Our company is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.- You will work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain store operations.
- You will operate Point of Sale systems and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- You will prepare and present products to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
Requirements
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail food, or similar environments is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are key qualities we look for in our team members.
- You must be reliable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
