- Support the IT team in executing projects and day-to-day operations:
- Assist the Chief Information Officer and IT Team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing documents/reports, and updating project files.
- Coordinate project activities, maintain budgets, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
- Manage project-related correspondence and documentation.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
This role is based in the office 4 days a week with the option to work 1 day a week from home. The office is located in the city with easy access to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and shopping.
Responsibilities- Experienced Project Coordinator required for a busy role.
- Competent in preparing complex reports, managing budgets, and arranging staff events with ease.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
