About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Civil Project Engineer to join our skilled team due to our expanding project portfolio in New South Wales.

We seek experienced project delivery professionals to lead the technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework.

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.

You will deliver major portions of large, complex Civil projects and/or entire low-risk Civil projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
  2. Manage contracts, scope, procurement, risk, and opportunity, stakeholder communications, and project integration.
  3. Organize and direct site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, and establish detailed programs for coordination of site activities.
  4. Help document the project scope.
  5. Identify and assist with resolution of scope discrepancies.
  6. Identify scope gaps between sub and head contracts.
  7. Collate data and compile upstream claims.
  8. Compile subcontract packages.
  9. Maintain site quality records and contribute to the development of QMP, ITPs, check sheets, MDR, and NCR register.
  10. Attend post-tender interviews.
  11. Compile and review subcontract packages.
About You

We are looking for individuals with a technical qualification relating to the industry – Civil Engineering or Construction related Degree.

Project Management and/or Construction Management experience, delivering design and construction works, is essential.

Experience with managing all facets of project delivery across multiple projects from initiation to closeout is required.
