We are seeking an exceptional Casual Sales Consultant to join our team at the Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Adelaide Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock, implementing loss prevention measures, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Proven customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Brand Ambassador: Natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships, embodying the brand's values and image.
  • Fashion Industry: Obvious passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • Teamwork: Thrive on collaboration, prioritizing tasks and expectations to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
