Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors that may impact a worker's ability to return to work.
- Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
- Provide holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments.
- Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
You will collaborate with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- ASORC associate or full membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, supported by a relevant qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
- A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
- The ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
