**About Our Gaming Operations**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Gaming Manager to join our team.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day-to-day operation of the gaming room. Your focus will be on driving exceptional customer service while monitoring gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies are adhered to by team members and guests alike.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement and champion gaming policies and procedures
  • Supervise and perform gaming/wagering and cash handling duties
  • Develop and train team members to ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor and detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly

**Requirements**

  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in gaming industry preferred
