Dairy Cattle Farm Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dairy farmer to manage the daily operations of our farm with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the daily operation of the farm
  • Pasture management and maintenance
  • Milk harvesting and processing
  • Feeding management and nutrition planning
  • Administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • General maintenance and equipment repair

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advance knowledge in animal husbandry, animal welfare, and legislation
  • Knowledge in dairy production, OH&S, and computer software
